Our rates are $95-$150 an hour or a flat rate per room. This includes flooring, paint, furniture selection, fixtures, and layout. We like to do an initial in-home consultation to access your space so we can get a sense of what your style is or what you would like it to be. Go from House to Hayven.
Re-Style
We take the furniture and decor you already have, re-arrange and edit it on the spot. We will also make suggestions for paint and other updates that will increase the value and style of your home.

flip & remodel design
We do a complimentary walk-thru of the property to help determine the unique priorities for remodeling and redesign that will and help to bring in the biggest return on your investment. Since homes, budgets, and your target demographic vary from project to project the list below would most likely include but is not limited to the following:
- Design board to show to potential investors or buyers (Full home or room only)
- Exterior and Interior Paint and trim: selection and painter coordination
- Exterior and Interior light fixtures: selection, delivery, and installation coordination Given a budget with count or availability to add or replace outdated fixtures.
- Interior Flooring: selection, delivery, and installation coordination
- Interior and Exterior Doors and windows: selection, delivery, and installation coordination
- Interior Window treatments: selection, delivery, and installation coordination (blinds, curtains, and curtain rods, roman shades, etc.)
- Kitchen and Bathroom design: Selection, and coordination of delivery and installation. May include hardware purchases, pulls, paint, stains, countertops, faucets and fixtures, and appliances.
- Landscape Design front and back, layout, selection of plants, driveway/concrete redesign, delivery, and installation coordination,
