Staging Consultation/Style and Stage

  • We take furniture and decor already in the home and re-arrange and edit it to appeal to the most buyers possible.

  • We give paint suggestions and create a list of what the seller needs to do in order to prepare the home for sale as well as an emailed checklist that reiterates everything we discussed with the homeowner during the consultation. Homeowners and realtors can call and email with questions up until the sale of the home.

$200 within a fifteen-minute drive of Fort Collins. $250 within a twenty to 45-minute drive of Fort Collins. $300+ for an hour or more.

Interior Design Consultation

Are you a Real Estate Agent who wants to give their clients a gift they will truly love and enjoy for years to come? A custom design consultation with Hayven Design might just be what you are looking for! We will meet with your buyers in their new house and help them turn it into a home that fits their wants and needs even more.

What’s included:

  • Pre-consultation questionnaire: This allows us to get to know more about your buyer and their style.

  • Site Visit: In-person meeting to tour the home and share ideas.

  • Design Ideas: We will provide ideas on how to best arrange and complete the space given the aesthetic and design goals of the new homeowners.

    2 hours for $200 within a half-hour's drive of Fort Collins.

House to Hayven/full stage

Includes the following:

On-site consultation

  • On-site consultation to access the scope and cost of taking the vacant property from “House to Hayven” through staging.

Staging    
Adding furniture and decor to the rooms and areas of the property (inside and out) that are critical to buyers while highlighting the property’s best and unique features. Bringing that “wow factor” to the home.
This can include:

  • Furniture

  • Decor

  • Artwork

  • Outdoor Furniture

  • Outdoor Decor


    Prices vary by property but generally range from $1,400-$3,500.

    All prices include Delivery, Staging, and De-staging. The home is staged for 30 days. After 30 days the home is de-staged or if necessary the staging can be renewed.

decor & Artwork OnLY

  • We add decor and artwork that complements the existing color scheme and finishes of the vacant home throughout. Highlighting the best features to further the property’s appeal to buyers.
    Prices vary by property. But prices generally range from $400-$800.

    All prices include Delivery, Staging, and De-staging. The home is staged for 30 days. After 30 days the home is de-staged or if necessary the staging can be renewed.

INTEREST Elevation

  • We add the finishing touches to the furniture and decor already on the property by adding a combination of decor, artwork, and smaller furniture items.
    Prices and the number of items necessary vary by property but generally range from $500-$1000.

    All prices include Delivery, Staging, and De-staging. The home is staged for 30 days. After 30 days the home is de-staged or if necessary the staging can be renewed.
